With the animation program Vibshape you will "understand" how a machine vibrates and what measures should be taken.

Vibration software for a plant Spectralive

The SpectraLive software is dedicated to show measurements coming from the VM110 units. SpectraLive is license-free and included with each VM110 unit.

The vibration software has two operation modes

Design mode, in which up to 4 pages (maximum 64 channels) can be configured to show measurements from any VM110 unit.

Normal run mode, in which the measurements are shown.

The vibration software has the following facilities

Easy page configuration includes an automatic project design.

A large number of plots can be activated in a separated window.

Printed reports are available by pressing a single button.

4 software configurable relays for each VM110 unit.

Vibration software for route analyser Spectra Pro X

SpectraPro is functioning as an analysis program for Easy-Viber, Easy-Balancer and X-Viber. SpectraPro X can only be used for X-Viber.

Features

Easy Database design with templates and machine pictures.

Calculation of machine fault frequencies including a bearing data base, belt drives, gear boxes and electrical motors.

Several shaft speed tools at evaluation with measured, calculated and set in database. All fault frequency calculations are based on the selected speed. When the speed is changed all fault calculations are also changed.

SpectraPro has band analysis that helps analyzing the trend of a singular frequency or fault.

SpectraPro has several automatic reports like, Spectrum, Trend and Transfer reports.

Vibration trending software Xtrend

This software is mainly dedicated to work in conjunction with the x-viber instrument.

For every plant, you can create a database, which can have an unlimited number of machines, measurement points and directions. The vibration measurements are stored at the level of the measurement directions and the process measurements are stored at the point level.

The machine database downloads the measurings from the x-viber instrument.

Analyzing this information, periodically, you can act proactively, discovering the real causes of the failures.
