Single Point lubricator

The Automatic Single Point Lubricator

The Automatic Single Point Lubricator, offered by us, can be used with oil or greaser. All points of roller bearings can be lubricated by our automatic lubricator simalube. Lubricant is provided in proportionate quantity consistently to prevent any kind of machine break down. This product is superior compared to lubricants provided manually which consumes much amount of time.

Induction Heater for bearings, pulleys, gears,etc.

Our clients can avail from us Sima therm Induction heaters, which is used to warm-up ring shaped metal parts and roller bearings.

Onto the shaft, the work piece can be easily fitted due to the heat extension. During the warm-up process, the equipment remains cold but the work piece is heated. Induction heaters for work pieces are manufactured by Simatec ranging from 20 to 4,000 kg. Furthermore, heaters for special application are also provided by us as per requirements of the clients.

Simatherm IH 025 VOLCANO Induction Heaters

The Simatherm IH 025 VOLCANO marks the start of a new era in the field of portable induction heaters. The patented technology enables outstanding heating performance from an extremely light structure. You can use it to heat roller bearings with an inner diameter as small as 20 mm up to on outer diameter of 160 mm and a weight of up to 10 kg. To do this, simply place the workpiece onto the VOLCANO's cone shaped heating surface.

These user friendly tools are procured from Simatec and offered to the clients at cost effective rates. Our range is tested in our well developed quality control unit on the basis of well defined parameters before being offered to the clients.
